A High-Performance Custom Home

We designed and built this custom ALL ELECTRIC home based on the German Passivhaus Standard, ensuring exceptional energy efficiency, comfort, and durability, while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic.

Project highlights

  • High-performance building envelope

    Double-stud walls, triple-glazed windows, ICF foundation and sub-slab insulation minimize heat loss and maximize efficiency.

  • Custom hydronic heating system

    Twin 80gal storage tanks provide both space and domestic hot water heating. Continuous ventilation through an ERV maintains fresh air.

  • Bespoke kitchen

    Solid wood cabinetry with smart appliance cubbies and a large walk-in pantry leaves the counter space clean and clutter-free.
